You Can Call Me "Bossy"

The You Can Call Me “Bossy” Podcast is designed to support high-achieving, high-performance women navigate the label “bossy” and all the responsibility, stigma, growth, and power that comes along with it.

As a fellow high-achiever, high-performer and “bossy” lady, I have had to navigate the waters of this label since I was a little girl.

The shame, pressure, misunderstanding, and fear associated with this label has dictated a lot of the choices and actions I’ve taken in my life, as well as for the women I am honored enough to coach.

What I have struggled with most is the inner conflict to “be myself” and go after my dreams and goals and stand in my leadership while also being told that I was too much, too loud, too demanding, too structured.

When these are the traits that are being denounced, and yet they are also the traits that others celebrate as my super powers, how do we as women reconcile that?

How do we STAND IN OUR POWER AND LEADERSHIP while also making everyone else happy and comfortable?

That’s what the YOU CAN CALL ME “BOSSY” podcast will aim to answer, and so much more!
