Body Wisdom Rising

Body Wisdom Rising

Alyssa Stefanson

We’re living through a time of profound change — a collective awakening that’s asking us to slow down, feel deeply, and remember who we are beneath the noise.

I’m Alyssa Stefanson, an Ancestral and Somatic Healing Guide, and this is Body Wisdom Rising.

This podcast is a space for honest, grounded conversations about healing — where we explore what it means to come home to the body, reclaim our connection to the Earth, and remember the wisdom carried in our bloodlines.

We don’t shy away from the conversations most avoid — trauma, addiction, disconnection, and the systems that keep us unwell. But we also explore what’s possible when we root back into our bodies, honour the land, and live from a place of integrity and aliveness.

You’ll hear deep, meaningful dialogue about somatic healing, nervous system regulation, ancestral reconnection, and holistic wellness — alongside earth-honouring practices, rituals, and autonomous ways of being that support personal and collective liberation.

If you’re here for real conversations, practical tools, and embodied wisdom that bridges science and spirit — you’re in the right place.

This is Body Wisdom Rising — where remembering becomes medicine.
