Hey there! I’m Kersey, a wife, boy-mom, and fitness enthusiast. For years I tried to find my worth in all the wrong places - relationships, jobs, how much weight I could lift. But, they all left me in the same place, feeling empty and discontent. I finally learned what it took to become content in who God created me to be and the body He blessed me with.
