New Media in Education 2006: A Progress Report
Columbia UniversitySince 1999, the Columbia Center for New Media Teaching and Learning has partnered with faculty in the design, development, and assessment of projects that enhance the Columbia educational experience. The goal of our third New Media in Education Conference is to highlight some of the innovations that have evolved since we began our work seven years ago. Our commitment to keeping pace with current developments while maintaining a reflective context has allowed the Columbia community to benefit from newly emerging pedagogical best practices.
